The push to provide health and wellness access in underserved communities is a priority for CCMI Inc. That effort was given a major boost Tuesday, September 3, 2024. The Board of Directors met at the Renaissance Hotel in downtown Toledo in person and via Zoom and voted to enlist the services of board member Bishop Chester Trail to spearhead efforts in acquiring the former Fulton Elementary School lot in Toledo, OH. The goal is to create a soccer field, walking trail and health and wellness facility. Bishop Trail is a Libbey High School baseball stand out who played for the New York Yankees and Baltimore Orioles. He's coached Toledo area high school girls in basketball and track and field. CCMI Inc. Chairman and CEO Charles Cole said, "We are delighted to have Bishop Trail's expertise and experience, but most importantly his heart for Toledo residents and tireless efforts promoting health and wellness."

Mary was 14 and by all accounts her 90-year-old husband Joseph was a great provider.
He was the provider and she received all that he gave to her. Guys, how are you caring for your Mary? Are you taking your marching orders from the Lord? Are you providing for her health, wealth and happiness? Because if you’re not, don’t complain about what you’re getting. Here’s why:
“A female is designed by God to receive.
· Whatever she receives she incubates, multiplies it and gives it to the male.
· She was built to do that.
· So, whatever you give a woman, she’ll receive, multiply, and give it back to you.
· Give a woman a sperm, she’ll never give it back to you.
· She’ll multiply it and give you a baby.
· If you give her a house, she’ll multiply it and give you a home.
· If you give her groceries, she’ll give you a meal.
· If you give her frustration…
· she’ll multiple it…
· If you don’t like what you’re getting...
· Change what you’re giving.”
The late Dr. Myles Munroe
Don’t just give of your treasure. Give her your time and attention.

CCMI Launches the Urban Agriculture Distribution Alliance
Bringing better nutrition to underserved children and seniors internationally is one of CCMI's great joys.
Now our mission is expanding.
We are committed to stemming the tide of obesity and its health consequences through access, affordability and education.
Obesity levels among adults and children are climbing at staggering levels in poor communities, due in part to food deserts — areas with little to no access to fresh affordable produce.

Toledo, OH Outreach August 18th
While still in the throes of the Covid-19 pandemic with the Delta variant raging, Lambda threatening and baffling opposition to getting vaccinated and wearing masks --- we remain encouraged and believe that we are coming out of one of the most serious health threats since polio. Most of us don’t recall the iron lung used to treat polio patients who couldn't breathe -- or the disease's staggering death tolls. One thing is certain, life on this side of heaven will never be quite the same. As the CDC's efforts to save lives with the appeal to get the Covid vaccine and wear masks, we hear people cry out about their freedom being threatened -- people who have never been enslaved. The fear of societal change for some means the chicken has come home to roost. The spirit of division that has reared its head in this nation will not stand. We are one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. CCMI’s domestic outreach is reaching families in time for their children’s return to school. Hundreds of backpacks were shipped to Santa Ana, California and Toledo, Ohio where our team members and donors filled them with much needed school supplies. Hundreds of families are being assisted as their children return to the class room and a vitally needed sense of normalcy. Backpacks were shipped to Santa Ana in June 2021.
Our Toledo outreach will take place Wednesday, August 18th from 4pm to 7pm at Grace Temple, The Church of Grace, 2730 Fulton St., Toledo, OH 43610 (419) 242-9231.
For more information on this outreach please email us or call (210) 997-4015.

Airports are closed and an indefinite curfew has been imposed in Lagos in the aftermath of killings of peaceful protesters. CCMI’s targeted outreach in the community of Makoko is not far from the uprising. The country’s president has called for calm. I have witnessed God’s grace and peace overtake raging storms. So as we continue to monitor the situation in Lagos, won’t you join us as we pray for the families of those tragically lost and for the restoration of peace in Nigeria?

Pastor Cole Prepares for Ninth Mission Trip to South Africa
Pastor Cole's first mission trip to South Africa was in 1993. He will be heading there again in December 2020 for the ninth time. Looking back, he couldn't have imagined what that first trip was teaching him about ministry and promises -- made and kept.
It all began twenty seven years ago when pastor led a group to Harare, Zimbabwe for the annual World Youth Baptist Convention. At the conclusion of the conference the group traveled to Johannesburg where they visited schools in Alexandria Township and Soweto.
During one of the school visits a team member promised a return trip with computers. Upon hearing this news the children were so excited they danced, cried and filled the school courtyard with cheers of joy.
After returning to the states six months went by with no action on the promised computers. These school children were already under the oppressive regime of apartheid -- last thing they needed was broken promises from an American.
With the help of local churches and his employer American Honda Motor Co., Pastor Cole returned to South Africa in 1994 with all that had been promised and more.

Update on Africa Mission Trip
CCMI has partnered with Redeemed Christian Church of God San Antonio. The team traveling to Africa in December 2020 consists of eleven members including three doctors, a nurse and two IT professionals.
The pandemic has made harsh conditions in schools and orphanages in Africa much worse. Resources have been stretched thin and all but dried up.
As horrific as the situation appears down here on ground please know that God is still in control.
He has not called a time out. He is calling us to lean into our faith and stand on His Word.
Nigeria:
We have identified a school located in Makoko. This school is currently being assisted by the Redeemed Christian Church of God’s community outreach in Lagos.
Our goal is to work alongside this outreach group as needed while providing medical screenings, career sessions and infrastructure enhancements.
Makoko is one of the most impoverished communities in Lagos.
There is no electricity so we are looking into solar power panels. If that is not feasible we’ll purchase a generator.
There is no running water at this school. We will be drilling a fresh water well on the school grounds.
We have also identified an orphanage and senior living facility in Lagos in need.
A team member is traveling to Lagos next week. She and our host pastor there will do a site visit.

South Africa:
Current travel restrictions allow domestic flights only. International flights are still restricted to repatriation passengers. However we believe this will change in the coming months as they open their borders to international travel.
Our mission in there will take us back to the orphanage in downtown Johannesburg. I will be communicating with them to determine how we can best assist.
The schools will be open but our in person sessions may be limited.
This pandemic has changed the way humanitarian efforts are being carried out worldwide. Resources are stretched thin.
Our God -- however -- has not called a time out. He is calling us to lean into our faith in the midst of this storm and reach underserved children and the elderly.
When I was in boot camp at Marine Corps Recruit Depot we had to complete the obstacles and then ring the bell. Ringing the bell indicated my mission had been accomplished in spite of the obstacles.
God will see you through your obstacles so you can ring the bell to put satan on notice that he is no match for your Master.
CCMI is answering this call and with His help we will ring that bell.
You too can answer this call and ring that bell by supporting our mission with your prayers and charitable donations.

Response to Covid-19 Pandemic
The numbers are staggering and heartbreaking. As of this post on the morning of Monday, August 3rd, the novel corona virus has tragically taken the lives of more than 689K worldwide and 155K in the United States. There are over 4.8 million cases in this country 18 million cases worldwide. COVID-19 has shaken the foundation of our global society to its core. And in this country, partisan bickering has forever changed our perception of man’s commitment to humanity.
In these challenging times it is imperative for the Christian community to lean into our faith. God has not forsaken us. He is Abba Father and will never leave us on our own.
Abba is an Aramaic word for father, used by Jesus and Paul to address God in relation to personal intimacy. Therefore, we must abide in Him and mirror His ways.
If ever there was a need for reaching the underserved children and elderly of the world, it is now. Our response must be as bold and aggressive as the virus that has beset us. So as we draw nearer to Him, our missions become more effective to those we seek to serve.
God has not called a time out. He is calling us to be kinder and more loving. His ship is about to sail and He is calling us to weigh anchor.
So, as we raise our sails let us also raise our sights. Let us broaden our gaze to include domestic opportunities right here at home.
It has been my experience that God’s majesty is often on full display in the midst of a storm. So yes, in the middle of the pandemic God has us on foreign and domestic missions.
Domestic Missions
Here in the U.S., CCMI is in negotiations to build a soccer field and indoor sports facility in Toledo, Ohio. It is part of an effort to help in one of the most underserved communities in that city.
Upcoming International Mission
Internationally the ministry is preparing to provide personal protective equipment (PPE), food and drinking water for villages outside Lagos, Nigeria. Our team will also return to Johannesburg, South Africa to help improve the lives of high school students there.
God is the author and finisher of our faith. He restores our souls and leads us down in paths of righteousness for His name's sake.
We are humbled to be a part of His plan to reach underserved children and the elderly here and abroad.

Update Nigeria and South Africa Mission

He is calling us to lean into our faith in the midst of this storm and reach underserved children and the eldery.

He is calling us to lean into our faith in the midst of this storm and reach underserved children and the eldery.

The Santa Ana, CA board members reached out to StandUp for Kids -- the nationally known organization that supports kids who are homeless and those who have aged out of the foster care system.
Dynamic husband and wife team, Corey and Lorena Moore want us to remember that this is an often overlooked and even worse, ignored, age group.
StandUp for Kids' website says its focus is to help support the youths' growth and transition to a level where they can support themselves with the intent of reducing homelessness.

Update Nigeria and South Africa Mission

He is calling us to lean into our faith in the midst of this storm and reach underserved children and the eldery.
